"I was due to be away with work, which totally felt impossible, given that our 11 month old was waking a number of times a night and the only way to get her back to sleep was to feed her. Katy listened to our concerns and our routine etc and shared with us a plan and she gave us complete confidence we would get her sleeping 7-7. We followed her plan and very quickly saw improvement. So much so, that by the time I went away with work it was almost not on my mind at all! I had no concern that she was going to wake in the night, and even if she did, I knew she didn’t need me to get back to sleep. "When my daughter was 7 months of age we made the decision to sleep train her. This wasn’t an easy decision, but we knew both myself, my partner AND my baby were all struggling. Our daughter would wake up so tired, and spend all day exhausted and upset. Before sleep training, she would only nap for 30 minutes, needed a dummy, waking up at least once sometimes 2 or 3 times for a feed, no routine and no proper bedtime. Our lives have totally changed!! From day 1 the dummy and night feeds were gone (something I never thought would happen, especially the dummy!!!) and she happily sleeps 7-7 every night now!! She has also come so far with her naps and I know this will keep improving with times. We also now have a consistent routine which has helped me so much. All 3 of us are feeling so much better and happier for sleeping. This was the best decision we could’ve made for our family, our baby girl is so happy now!!
